About the studio

A design practice inside G.K. Holdings.

We build refined, strategic websites for businesses that value clarity, craft, and long-term impact — with the discipline of a holding company and the taste of a design studio.

Custom websites. Clear communication. Support that grows with you.

GK Website Builders is the web studio under G.K. Holdings. We design, build, and support websites for businesses and individuals who want an online presence that reflects who they are and serves a clear purpose. From a straightforward business website to a growing online store, we bring design, development, hosting, and ongoing support together through one team.

We believe a website should earn its place in your business. It should help people understand what you offer, find the information they need, and feel confident taking the next step. That might mean contacting you, requesting a quote, exploring your work, or placing an order. We start with those goals and build the website around them.

Built around your needs

Every project begins with a conversation about you: what you do, who you want to reach, and what your website needs to accomplish. We work through the content, pages, and features that will help you get there, then develop a design that gives them a clear and consistent home.

Our websites are built as custom WordPress themes, shaped around your branding, content, and requirements. We consider how the pages look, how they connect, and how someone will use them on a phone or computer. Typography, navigation, layout, and functionality all contribute to the same goal: making your website useful and easy to understand.

For e-commerce projects, that work extends to the shopping experience. We help organize your catalog, present your products, and set up the agreed cart, checkout, payment, and shipping options. We also consider the tools you’ll use behind the scenes, so your store supports both the people buying from you and the people managing orders.

You help shape what we build

You bring knowledge of your business that no design brief can fully capture. We keep you involved throughout the project, with regular communication and opportunities to review the work, ask questions, and give feedback.

We explain the decisions behind the design and listen when something needs to change. Your involvement helps us create a website that reflects your priorities, while our team handles the technical work needed to bring it together.

Standard and Premium projects also include working HTML previews you can explore locally on your own device. You can move through the developing pages, try the navigation, and get a feel for the design before launch. For connected features such as e-commerce checkout and payment processing, we configure and test the functionality in the website environment.

A clear start, with a plan for what follows

Before work begins, we establish the project’s scope and explain what’s included. We want you to understand what we’re building, what it will cost, and what support will be available once it’s live.

Before launch, we test the agreed functionality and walk you through the parts of the website your visitors will use. Once your site is live, we host it on our servers at a low ongoing cost, with protection to help defend against malicious activity.

From there, you choose how involved you want us to remain. Some clients want a completed website they can manage themselves. Others want help with updates during the months after launch. Some want a lasting relationship with a team that continues maintaining and developing their site. Our services are built to accommodate each of those needs.

The right level of support for you

Basic gives you a custom website, hosting, and protection, with future content updates left to your timing. When you need a change, you can request individual edits at our team’s hourly rate without committing to an editing package.

Standard adds editing support for an agreed period after launch. We establish the scope and duration together, with pricing based on your expected needs and our team’s hourly rate. You can include that package in your upfront cost or arrange a monthly fee.

Premium creates an ongoing partnership. You have a direct point of contact for continued updates, along with preventative maintenance and our website monitoring and defence service, which gives our team daily visibility into your site’s availability and security. Your monthly arrangement is tailored to your needs, and Premium clients also receive discounts on future projects.

These options apply to both regular websites and e-commerce stores, with the build requirements and support scope established for each project.

A team you can return to

Your website may need to change as your business develops. A new service might need its own page. Your product catalog might expand. You may want a second website or help with a technical project beyond the original build.

We give you a team to approach when those needs arise. We can help you assess the options, understand the work involved, and agree on a practical way forward. Through an ongoing partnership, we build on our knowledge of your website and your goals, making that relationship more useful over time.

That is what we aim to offer at GK Website Builders: thoughtful design, capable development, clear communication, and support that fits the way you work. Whether you need a website built once or a team to help it evolve for years, we’ll help you establish the right foundation.

Studio principles

Four things we will not compromise.

Craft

Type, spacing and the design system are part of the product, decided early — not decoration bolted on at the end.

Clarity

If a visitor cannot tell what you do in five seconds, the page is not finished.

Cadence

A named process, honest timelines, and updates you do not have to chase.

Care

WordPress that an editor can actually use, plus a handoff that does not vanish after launch.

Frequently asked questions

Why should I hire your team instead of building a website myself with AI?

AI tools can help you get started, especially if you have the time and confidence to guide the build, test the results, and manage the website afterward.

Our service brings experienced people into that process. We help you decide what the website needs to accomplish, design it around your business, and bring the content, navigation, and functionality together into a polished result. We also handle hosting and protection, with editing and ongoing care available through our service packages.

You’re paying for the expertise, judgment, and follow-through needed to take a website from an idea to something you can confidently use.

Why choose a custom website instead of a template?

Templates can be a practical choice for simple websites or projects with limited requirements. A custom build gives you more control over how your particular content, branding, and features fit together.

We start with your goals and design around them. That means we can plan the pages, navigation, and functionality to suit your customers and the way your business works.

You stay involved throughout the process, with opportunities to shape the result. Our job is to turn that input into a consistent, usable website that helps visitors understand your offer and take the next step.

Can you work with a smaller budget?

Yes. Basic is designed for people who want a professionally built website without committing to an ongoing editing package. It includes the same dedicated design attention, along with affordable hosting and protection after launch.

We can also discuss ways to keep the initial scope focused on what you need most. Starting with a smaller, well-planned website can leave room for additional work later.

We offer private, case-by-case discounts for clients who need their budget to stretch further. Tell us what you need and what you can comfortably spend, and we’ll discuss what’s possible.

What is included in a website build?

We work with you to plan the website, develop the design, and build the agreed pages and functionality as a custom WordPress theme. You stay involved through regular communication and opportunities to give feedback.

Before launch, we test the agreed functionality and walk you through the parts of the website your visitors will use. After launch, we host your site on our servers and provide protection to help defend against malicious activity.

Your quote sets out the project’s specific scope, costs, and any editing support you’ve chosen.

What is the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?

Basic gives you a custom website with hosting and protection. We make future content updates for you as individual edits at our team’s hourly rate.

Standard adds working HTML previews during the build and editing support for an agreed period after launch. The scope, duration, and payment arrangement are established when we prepare your quote.

Premium includes those services as part of a long-term partnership, with ongoing edits, preventative maintenance, website monitoring, a direct point of contact, and discounts on future projects. The monthly scope and fee are tailored to your needs.

How involved will I be in the design?

You’ll be involved throughout the process. We begin by learning about your goals, audience, and preferences, then give you opportunities to review the work and provide feedback as the website develops.

You don’t need to know design or coding terminology. Tell us what feels right, what needs to change, and what matters to your customers. We help translate that direction into a working website.

Can I explore my website before it launches?

Yes. Standard and Premium include working HTML previews you can open locally on your own device. You can explore the developing pages, try the navigation, and review how the design fits together.

These previews help you evaluate the design and provide feedback. Connected features, such as payment processing and order management, are configured and tested in the website environment during the build.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. We handle the design and development work and walk you through the finished site and how it works for your visitors.

When you want a change, you can request hourly help through Basic, arrange an agreed period of included edits through Standard, or choose an ongoing Premium partnership.

What will you need from me to get started?

We’ll need to understand what you do, who the website is for, and what you want it to accomplish. Any existing branding, written content, photographs, and examples of styles you like can help us establish a direction.

For an online store, we’ll also discuss your catalog, product information, payment preferences, and delivery arrangements.

You don’t need every detail settled before contacting us. We can help identify what’s needed and agree on who will provide each part.

How much will my website cost?

The cost depends on the pages, features, content, and support your project requires. An online store also involves decisions about catalog size, product options, checkout, and any integrations.

We work through those requirements with you before preparing a quote. You’ll be able to see the build scope, hosting cost, and any editing package, along with relevant third-party costs identified during planning.

How long does a website take to build?

The timeline depends on the project’s size, complexity, and how quickly content and feedback are available.

We discuss the schedule during planning and keep you informed as the work progresses. If you have a specific launch date, tell us early so we can assess what’s achievable and plan around it.

Can I request changes after launch without buying an editing package?

Yes. Basic clients can request individual changes at our team’s hourly rate.

That can be a useful option if you only need occasional help. If you expect regular updates, we can discuss whether a Standard editing package or Premium partnership would suit you better.

How is Standard’s editing support priced?

We agree on the scope and duration when preparing your quote. Pricing is based on our team’s hourly rate and the updates you expect to need.

You can include the editing package in your upfront cost or arrange a monthly fee. During the agreed period, you send us requests and we handle work within that scope. Requests outside the package are discussed and priced before we proceed.

What happens when my Standard editing period ends?

Your hosting and protection continue under your hosting arrangement. Further edits are no longer covered by the completed editing package.

You can request hourly help, discuss another editing arrangement, or move to Premium if you want continuing support.

Does Premium include unlimited changes?

The Premium package is about establishing a long-lasting relationship. It provides ongoing editing support within an agreed monthly scope. Your fee is based on your needs and our team’s hourly rate.

We can review the arrangement as your requirements change. Larger additions, new integrations, or other work outside the current scope are discussed and quoted separately before we begin.

What does Premium’s maintenance and monitoring include?

Premium includes preventative maintenance to help keep your website running smoothly, along with our website monitoring and defence service.

That service gives our team daily visibility into your site’s availability and security, helping us identify downtime and signs of malicious activity so we can investigate and respond. You also have a direct point of contact if you notice an issue or need assistance.

The specific maintenance and support responsibilities are established in your agreement.

Can you build an online store?

Yes. We build e-commerce websites around your products, customers, and day-to-day needs.

We help plan the catalog, design the product pages, and configure the agreed shopping cart, checkout, payment, and shipping options. Before launch, we test the purchasing flow and walk you through the store management tools relevant to your setup.

If you would like product and purchasing management handled by our team, that can be discussed during the quote and added for a monthly fee.

How many pages and products can my online store include?

Our e-commerce packages support the following project sizes:

  • Basic: Up to 15 dedicated pages and 500 products.
  • Standard: Up to 30 dedicated pages and 1,500 products.
  • Premium: Projects with 50+ dedicated pages and 5,000+ products, with the exact scale agreed during quoting.

We confirm the page structure, catalog requirements, and handling of product variations during planning. If your requirements fall between packages, we can help you find an appropriate scope.

Will your team manage my products and fulfill orders?

Your team remains responsible for running the business, including product accuracy, pricing decisions, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service.

We provide the website build and the technical services included in your package. If you want us to handle product or content edits, we can include that in your quote for an additional monthly fee.

Are payment processing fees included?

Payment providers may charge their own transaction fees. Other third-party services may also have subscription or licensing costs.

Those charges are separate from our services unless expressly included in your quote. We help identify the relevant costs during planning so you can understand the ongoing expense of operating your store.

Can my website grow after launch?

Yes. You can request additional pages, features, catalog expansion, or other improvements as your needs develop.

We’ll help assess the work, explain the options, and agree on the scope and cost before proceeding. Premium clients also receive discounts on future projects, including additional websites and other agreed technical work.

How do I know which package is right for me?

Tell us what you need the website to do, how often you expect it to change, and how much ongoing work you expect to send our way.

We’ll help you compare the options and choose a suitable level of support. Get in touch at support@GKwebsitebuilders.com to start the conversation.
