Standard adds editing support for an agreed period after launch. We establish the scope and duration together, with pricing based on your expected needs and our team’s hourly rate. You can include that package in your upfront cost or arrange a monthly fee.
Premium creates an ongoing partnership. You have a direct point of contact for continued updates, along with preventative maintenance and our website monitoring and defence service, which gives our team daily visibility into your site’s availability and security. Your monthly arrangement is tailored to your needs, and Premium clients also receive discounts on future projects.
These options apply to both regular websites and e-commerce stores, with the build requirements and support scope established for each project.
